Pittsburgh child support lawyer Brian C. Vertz, partner at our firm, presented to a state-wide audience of more than 200 lawyers in 19 counties at the 20th Annual Family Law Update in October 2016.

For the past 10 years, Brian has been the course planner, author and broadcast presenter of Family Law Update, which is one of the most popular educational programs of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.  During the broadcast, Brian educated family lawyers about the latest Pennsylvania cases involving child support, spousal support and alimony pendente lite. The presentation included an update on the Pennsylvania child support guidelines, which are being revised in 2017, and a new rule dealing with child support in cases where custody is split or divided between parents.

If you will be entering child support negotiations in 2017, call our office today to speak with Brian or any of our other child support attorneys first.
