The Pittsburgh Business Times Diamond Awards are bestowed upon CEOs, or those in equivalent positions, who exemplify exceptional leadership in their respective companies or nonprofit organizations in the 10-county Pittsburgh region. Recipients are nominated and chosen based on criteria such as leadership capability, business philosophy, and relationships with employees as well as community involvement.
