Family Law Attorney David Pollock Re-elected Treasurer of AAML Pennsylvania Chapter

Pollock Begg partner celebrates his eighth year on the board

PITTSBURGH — Divorce attorney David S. Pollock, partner of family law firm Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC, continues his tenure as treasurer of the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).  Pollock was re-elected treasurer, a post he has held since 2006, at the July meeting.

The AAML advocates policies that promote the rights of children and families facing divorce. AAML membership is limited to those recognized by judges and attorneys as prominent family law practitioners with a high level of knowledge, skill and integrity. There are currently only 1,600 members amongst 50 states.

A frequent author and lecturer on legal matters, Pollock is one of Pittsburgh’s pre-eminent family lawyers and divorce attorneys and has received numerous accolades for his professional accomplishments, including being named to Best Lawyers in America for more than 15 years and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since its inception in 2004. Pollock is a fellow with the AAML, a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a member of the Duquesne University School of Law Dean’s Advisory Board and editor-in-chief of Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, the official publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section.
