Dana A. Levine Dana A. Levine is a court appointed Parenting Coordinator, as appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. In 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 Dana was named a "Rising Star" Pennsylvania attorney by Pennsylvania Law and Politics Magazine. Dana served on the faculty of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Continuing Legal Education Course, "Your First Divorce Case," December 2010; "Family Law 101," July 2009; and "Bankruptcy for Domestic Relations Practice," March 2006; and prepared the course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "The Ultimate Support Notebook" program, January 2010. Dana served on the faculty for National Business Institute's "Complex Custody Litigation" in October 2009, "Negotiating Settlements in Divorce Matters" in July 2008 and "Family Law Litigation" in October 2008.

Dana authored "Public Access to Private Information on Online Dockets," which was published in the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, Vol. 27, Issue No. 4, December 2005, and was Co-author, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, 2005, "Tax Consequences in Divorce: Avoiding the Pitfalls." She also served on Member The Honorable Eugene F. Scanlon, Jr.'s (Administrative Judge of the Family Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County) ad hoc Privacy Task Force.

In 2010, Dana was appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Directors for ACBA Services, Inc.

Dana is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Public Service Committee and a Co-Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section Public Service Committee. As a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Public Service Committee, Dana served as the Co-Chair for the 2008, 2009 and 2010 Law Day program and the 2008 and 2009 Calling All Suits program, a clothing drive, which benefited Project Employ.

Dana is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates, Zone 12, and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, and was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section Council. Dana is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section Program Committee.

Dana is a 2001 graduate of Ithaca College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a minor in Legal Studies and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While at Ithaca College, Dana authored and presented an academic paper on inter-spousal immunity in tort cases at the 1999-2000 James J. Whalen Academic Symposium. She was also a teacher's assistant for the Ithaca College School of Business' Legal Research Seminar, and served as a Student Justice for the Ithaca College Office of Judicial Affairs.

While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Dana was an associate editor for Jurist, a legal news and real-time legal research website, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, Pitt Law Women's Law Association, and a participant in the 2003-2004 Murray S. Love Trial Moot Court Competition. In 2002, Dana was a quarter-finalist at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Appellate Moot Court Competition.

Dana was listed in volume 24 of Who's Who Among American Law Students as recommended by faculty at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
