Heather brings experience in multifaceted family law issues to advocate for clients in all types of divorce, support and custody cases, including those with complex financial estates. Heather’s keen ability to analyze problems and resolve conflicts, combined with her empathetic nature, enables her to successfully negotiate for her clients and work toward resolution.

Heather began her legal career in Pittsburgh concentrating in commercial matters, professional liability and personal injury and family law with a well-known commercial litigation firm. This solid background in litigation provides Heather with the skills to address even the most complex of cases. She complements her litigation skill with certification in collaborative family law.

 

Heather works to advance the local legal community through her membership and leadership in the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations. She serves on the ACBA Judiciary Committee and previously served as a member of the ACBA Family Law Section Council, co-chairing its Program and Legislative committees. She’s a member of the PBA Family Law Section Council and has presented numerous educational programs to other attorneys for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, National Business Institute, PBA and ACBA.

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children and indulging her passion for home renovation and design. Her favorite ways to relax are traveling, reading and savoring good food.
