With a diverse legal background, Associate Gina M. McKlveen assists clients navigating a wide variety of family law matters, including custody and visitation, protection from abuse, domestic violence and criminal and civil litigation.
Gina’s experience as a former assistant district attorney, coupled with her prior work in civil litigation, equips her to fiercely advocate for her clients’ rights. As a staff attorney with HopeWorks—a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault—Gina deepened her commitment to guiding clients through challenging circumstances with empathy and trauma-informed advocacy.
Taking a holistic approach to each case, Gina is dedicated to helping clients fully understand their options and empowering them throughout the legal process. A native of the Laurel Highlands, Gina enjoys sampling the music and museums of western Pennsylvania. She is a prolific painter and loves going on adventures with her golden retrievers, Toro and Ellie.
