The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette recently took notice of Pollock Begg Partner Brian C. Vertz for his advocacy on behalf of children and families facing divorce. Brian is currently on track to ascend to the position of president of the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Brian’s involvement in the AAML compliments the family law firm’s dedication to sharing knowledge and understanding of matrimonial law within the legal community. The AAML advocates policies that promote the rights of children and families facing divorce. AAML membership is limited to those recognized by judges and attorneys as prominent family law practitioners with a high level of knowledge, skill and integrity. There are currently only 1,600 members amongst 50 states. Brian is also an AAML-certified arbitrator. Read more about Brian’s involvement in the academy and his extensive family law practice.
