Dana Levine Presents Family Law 101

PITTSBURGH – Dana Levine, an associate attorney at Pollock Begg Komar Glasser, will be presenting as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) panel on Family Law 101 on July 26, 2011. The course is designed for new practitioners and will be held at the PBI Professional Development Conference Center. Levine is a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Family Law Continuing Legal Education Program. This presentation discusses the complex issues that affect family law case, federal and state statutes, and the latest case law that affects the practice.
Levine has served on the faculty of PBI’s Continuing Legal Education Course, Your First Divorce Case, Family Law 101, and Bankruptcy for Domestic Relations Practice. Levine also prepared the course materials for PBI’s The Ultimate Support Notebook program. Dana Levine also served on the faculty for National Business Institute’s “Complex Custody Litigation,” “Negotiating Settlements in Divorce Matters” and “Family Law Litigation.”
