Todd Begg, Benjamin Orsatti return in book published by PBI Press
PITTSBURGH — Divorce and custody litigators at family law firm Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC reprise as authors in a second edition Pennsylvania Bar Institute Press custody resource book. Founding partner Todd M. Begg and associate Benjamin E. Orsatti both contributed to “Custody Law & Practice in Pennsylvania” for the release of the updated edition.
The book contains a history of the old and new statutes and answers to substantive, procedural, tactical and ethical questions family law attorneys face during custody litigation. Much like the previous edition, the book analyzes major issues of custody law and practice and is an interactive resource for family law attorneys in Pennsylvania. The new edition includes revisions to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
Begg has more than 20 years of experience in divorce, equitable distribution and custody matters. He has been named to the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers every year since 2005 and has ranked on the list of Best Lawyers in America since 2007. Begg is also a regular speaker on a variety of family law issues for the PBI, Allegheny County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Orsatti’s practice consists of divorce, equitable distribution and custody and support cases. He is author and co-author of numerous other articles for PBI’s Continuing Legal Education programs and publications. He is also a repeat Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars awardee, listed every year since 2012.
The book is available for purchase via the PBI website.
