Our attorneys and staff have been encouraged to work remotely when possible to maximize the social distancing encouraged by our governments and health advisors.  Additionally, our office is taking the required precautions to keep all our attorneys and staff healthy, including extra cleaning measures and encouraging those feeling ill to stay home. As of 2 p.m. today, March 16, we have been advised the Allegheny County Family Division is closed for all proceedings other than Protection from Abuse matters from now until April 7.  As necessary, we will advise of any alternative procedures in place for court appearances and filing deadlines. We understand the extra stress this developing situation places on your families during proceedings and are committed to alleviating any uncertainty to the extent possible.
