Pollock Begg Partner to Moderate Expert Panel on Complex Custody Evaluation

PITTSBURGH — Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC founding partner and child custody litigator Todd M. Begg will moderate a legal panel entitled “Beyond the Basic Custody Evaluation” at this year’s Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Family Law Section Winter Meeting.

Begg will preside over a roundtable of legal and psychological experts who will discuss issues that arise in complex custody evaluations, ranging from parental substance abuse to children with disabilities. The panel will also teach attendees how to identify and address important issues in custody evaluations.

Begg has over 20 years of experience in divorce, equitable distribution, and custody matters with an emphasis on custody litigation. He has been named to Pennsylvania Super Lawyers every year since 2005, and ranked as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2008. He is also a regular speaker at continuing legal education programs for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Held in Pittsburgh, this year’s PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting will feature legal experts from across the Commonwealth speaking on a wide variety of current legal issues and trends.
