PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh divorce attorney Megan A. DelVecchio joins Pollock Begg as an associate attorney. DelVecchio brings extensive trial experience, specialized training in mediation and skilled negotiation techniques for settling cases collaboratively to her comprehensive family law practice.

She joins Pollock Begg’s progressive team of attorneys after solidifying her family law focus working at two Pittsburgh-based law firms, garnering recognition along the way on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars lists from 2018-20. DelVecchio is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.

DelVecchio actively works to enhance the local legal community, presenting continuing legal education programs for the Matrimonial Inns of Court, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County bar associations and Duquesne University School of Law. An engaged member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, DelVecchio participates in the Young Lawyers Division and Women in the Law Division. She has chaired the Membership and Social committees of ACBA’s Family Law Section and currently serves as co-chair of its Professionalism Committee. Additionally, she participates in the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association where she has frequently provided case law updates. She also serves as vice president of Christian Legal Aid of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit legal clinic providing services to individuals in need on Pittsburgh’s North Side.

DelVecchio is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law where she participated in the Family Law Clinic, Civil Rights Clinic, Criminal Prosecution Clinic and earned a Pro Bono Certificate.
