Pittsburgh Divorce Attorney Candice L. Komar Breaks Down the Business of Divorce

Pollock Begg Partner Candice L. Komar shared her expertise in a wide-ranging conversation about divorce in a new episode of “I Can’t Hustle Any Harder Than This,” a podcast geared towards entrepreneurs and small business owners.

From the unique issues facing business owners when it comes to divorce to post-nuptial agreements and collaborative divorce solutions, Komar offered her unique perspective and knowledge on a host of divorce topics. She also touched upon her own experience as a business owner as one of the founding partners of Pollock Begg.

Her top piece of advice? Handle divorce as you would a business. “You need to be able to separate the emotion, because you don’t think straight when you are emotional,” she told host Rachael Wonderlin. “If you can adopt that strategy and put on the mantle of the business owner, you’re going to get through the economic piece and the practicality of separating.”
