Pittsburgh Divorce Attorneys Lead at Annual ACBA Bench-Bar Conference

Nine Pittsburgh family law attorneys from Pollock Begg traveled to Seven Springs Mountain Resort for Allegheny County Bar Association’s 56th annual Bench-Bar Conference June 14-16.
Pollock Begg attorneys pride themselves on being engaged members of the legal community and have garnered a reputation as industry thought leaders. Pollock Begg not only encourages attorneys to participate in professional development conferences, but also to lead at meetings, present research and actively engage with attorneys from other parts of the state and nation.
At the Bench-Bar conference, Partner Joseph R. Williams moderated the “Wake Up with the Judges” panel discussion and Partner Brian C. Vertz moderated a family law continuing legal education program focused on the implications of new tax laws on alimony payments.
Pollock Begg attorneys also contributed to the success of the conference’s athletic events. Associates Kelsey M. Ward, Alyssa R. Angotti and Lindsay A. Nemit participated in the sporting clays shoot, with Ward taking second place in the women’s division.
